Do you ship internationally?

Indeed.
If the average high temperature in your area is regularly below 45 degrees, we advise getting our Winter Insurance in the winter. You can buy this as an add-on to your order or after you've placed one; just send us a message so we can make sure it gets applied correctly to your pending order.

Orders that include our Winter Insurance will have a member of our staff personally verify that the right heat packs, extra packing techniques, or other safety measures are used to guarantee your plant arrives safely in spite of the cold. Plants that are damaged during shipment—including those caused by heat or cold—will be replaced or refunded at no cost if Winter Insurance is purchased.

Can I import to my country?

You of course! As long as you can make sure you can receive the package. So it is important to know the regulations on the purchase of imported plants before making a transaction

Do I need an import permits from the government?

If you are from United States, then you do not need any documents

But if you are from other countries, it is depending on the request from your country. Because every country has different regulations. There are countries that require import permits, there are also countries that do not require it.

How long will my plants be shipped?

From the moment you completed the payment, the fastest time is around 1 week and all depends on the completeness of the documents. We need at least 3 processes in fulfilling documents. (1) Lab tests, (2) Submission of export licenses, (3) Submission of Phytosanitary certificates. If all three processes have been carried out, it can proceed to the shipping stage.

Is it required to include a phytosanitary certificate?

Even though your country does not ask for phytosanitary for shipping plants, our government still requires phytosanitary in shipping. It is intended to maintain the cleanliness of plants from pests and maintain the quality of plants that are sent remain in good condition

Will I get a shipping receipt?

Yes, the notification of your package has been sent with the receipt number will be given via email by DHL. Therefore it is required to use active email.

Is there a discount on shipping costs?

Yes, certainly. Just place an order with a minimum order of $1.500.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes. To request a specific delivery time, you must confirm directly with our customer service.

How can I track my order?

Can I add to my order?

Can I remove plants from my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order only up to 3 days after purchase.

Cancelling Orders

Order cancellations can only be processed up to 3 days after purchase, with a clear reason provided.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct debit payments, credit card payments, Zelle transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, and Amazon Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you offer instalment plans?

No, we do not offer instalment plans.

Problem With Plants

What if my plants are damaged?

Actually it has become part of the risk of buying plants from abroad. But we will still provide a replacement of 50% if all the plants shipped are damaged.

How to claim plants replacement?

We will assess the level of plants damage based on photos and videos that must be documented shortly after the plants arrive. Without this we cannot do the replacement.

What if my plants are held by customs?

We cannot be responsible for that. Because it is part of the responsibility of costumers to know the regulations before purchase. Because for sure we will send plants by completing all the documents needed to do the export.

Can I refund if there is a problem in shipping?

Sorry we can't do that. We can only provide plant replacement if a problem occurs.
